About K-DAG e.V.
Umoja ni nguvu
The Kenya Diaspora Alliance Germany (K-DAG e. V.) is non-profit and non-partisan association that was formed in 2024 by the Kenyan diaspora in Germany. It brings together Kenyan organizations, businesses and initiatives in Germany with the aim of creating a networking platform. It was established to serve as an umbrella organization offering a platform for Kenyan-related initiatives in Germany to collaborate, strengthen visibility, and highlight their contributions to their second home
Its formation was inspired after a group of Kenyan diaspora leaders, under the guidance of former Ambassador H.E. Tom Amolo, met with Dr. Alfred Mutua, then Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, during his G7 working visit to Germany in November 2022. The organisation was officially incorporated at the Frankfurt local court (Amtsgericht) in 2024 under registration number VR 17382.
